Returns are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price including shipping fees providing all following criteria are met.

• Returns must be shipped back within 15 days of receipt.
• Returned item(s) must be in perfect condition.
• You must not have been previously reimbursed by us for a returned item.
• You must contact us by email within 5 days of receipt, as detailed below.

To be eligible for a refund of your purchase price, you must contact us by email within 5 days of receipt of your purchase. The subject line of your email must read "Returning Item."

We will instruct you how to ship the item(s) back to us at no charge to you. Please save the shipping materials and use them to repack the item(s) you are returning.
